Change the name of the default people category Adults
You can change the name of the default people category Adults, and select one of the available default custom names.
1. Go to Settings>Number of people and people categories
2. In the Custom people categories tab, from the Custom name for adults dropdown list menu, select the custom name you want to use instead of Adults. These are the available custom names you can select:
- Participants
- Travelers
- Visitors
- Players
- Guests
3. Save
- your services, in Settings>Number of people and people categories, in the Number of people tab, and in the Price tab of your services.
- your Workshops, in the People and in the Price tab of your workshops.
Create custom categories
1. Go to Settings>Number of people and people categories
2. Go to the Custom categories tab.
3. Click on the New category button, input the name of the category and save.
Set number of people per booking for appointments
Once you have created all the categories you need, go to Settings>Number of people and people categories and click on the Number of people tab.
Set here:
1. The maximum and the minimum number of people [1] allowed in a single booking.
2. Then set the maximum and the minimum number of people [2] allowed for each category and the default number of people that will apply to bookings created in the backend.
3. Finally, you can decide if you want to ask the name of every participant [3] by enabling the relevant checkbox. This feature also allows you to let people book for somebody else: a parent can book for herself and/or for her children.
