If you reach 90% of your booking quota* - the limit on how many bookings you can create/accept each month - Bookeo will send you a warning email (and show a message on the Home page).
To increase your quota, you can simply upgrade to a larger plan in Account>Pricing and subscription. Any remaining credit for the current billing cycle will be deducted from the price of the upgrade.
If you reach your monthly quota before the end of the calendar month and you have not upgraded to a larger plan, no new bookings will be possible until the first day of the next calendar month. All the other functionalities remain unaffected.
You can later downgrade your plan (ex. at the end of peak season).
* The booking quota includes bookings made by customers or by you via the back-end.
