If you reach 90% of your booking quota* - limit to how many bookings you can create/accept each month - in the current month, Bookeo will send you a warning email (and show a message on the Home page). If you reach your monthly quota, no new bookings will be possible. All the other functionalities remain unaffected.
To increase your quota, you can simply upgrade to a larger plan in account>Pricing and subscription. Any remaining credit for the current billing cycle will be deducted from the price of the upgrade.
You can later downgrade your plan (ex. at the end of peak season).
Bookings that are cancelled before the appointment time are not counted towards your monthly quota.
