Categories let you organize your services in groups, for easier navigation by customers. For example, you can create a Massage and Waxing category, and list your services under them.
If you set up Workshops in your account, a Workshop category will be automatically created.

How categories  display on your booking page depends on the booking mode you are using.
With the Grid layout, categories show above the services background images.
Categories can be collapsed or expanded (default setting).
With the layout with buttons on the left, and a description with an image on the right, categories show on the left.
If you do not set a default service in your account, the booking page will initially display only the categories. Services would show when customers click on a category.
Create a category
To create a category:
1. Go to Settings>Services offered and additional options
2. Go to the Category section at the bottom of the page and click on the New Category button to create a category. Type the name of your category and Save.
3. To create services for that category, in the Choices section, click on the New Choice button, and select the category from the drop-down menu. Create the service and Save.
Change the category of a service
To change the category of a service:
1. Click on the service
2. Select a different category from the Category drop-down menu
