Customers can cancel their membership if there are future recurring payments.

Cancel memberships with future recurring payments
To cancel their membership, customers have to:
1. Sign in into the Customer area
2. Click on Membership
3. Click on the Cancel membership button.
Cancel memberships with one upfront payment
Memberships paid with one upfront payment can be cancelled from Bookeo back-end.
In your Bookeo account:
1. Click on Customers, then on the specific customer.
2. In the Membership section, change the expiry date of the customer membership.
If a refund is due, it can be given using your payment gateway or, alternatively, it's possible to manually give a money credit to the customer.
