To use Mollie as you payment gateway, log into your Bookeo Account.
1. Click on Settings>Online Payments
2. From the Payment gateway [1] drop-down menu, select Mollie
3. In the Account details section, you can select:

I already have a Mollie account [3]

Click on the Connect with Mollie button

You will be redirected to Mollie's sign in page. Input your Mollie username and password. Click on the Log in button.

I want to create a new Mollie account [2]
- Click on the Connect with Mollie button

You will be redirected to Mollie's sign up page. Fill in the page to set up your account with Mollie.

You will sign into your Mollie dashboard.

Go back to your Bookeo account

Select I already have a Mollie account

Click on the Connect with Mollie button

You will be asked This will clear any credit card details currently stored. Are you sure that you want to continue"

Click OK

Input your Bookeo password
4. You will then have to allow Bookeo to access your Mollie account:
5. Tick the checkbox I have read and agree to the updated service contract[4]
6. Click on the Allow access [5] button. You will then enter your Mollie dashboard.
7. To finalize the integration go back to your Bookeo account , select the Mollie profile you want to link to Bookeo
8. Click on the Ok button
9. You will be prompted to input your Bookeo password to confirm the payment gateway integration. Input the password and click Ok.
Disable bank and check payments in your Mollie account
Bank payments can take several days to be processed. However, bookings are time-sensitive, and Bookeo can only hold seats and booking data for a limited time.So we highly recommended disabling bank and check payments in your Mollie account.
