If you offer a tour priced by its duration you should follow the instructions below to set it up.

Step 1 - Create a new Open Schedule Tour with no duration and no price
1. Go to Settings>Tours/activities
2. Click on the NEW button on the right of the page and choose Open Schedule Tour /Appointment
3. Create an open schedule Tour with a $0 price. You will need to enter a duration during the initial setup, but you can change the Base duration[1] back to zero later in the Time Settings tab.
Step 2 - Create an additional option to let customers select the duration
If you price the tour by hourly increments, you can set up a number additional option or a dropdown additional option to let customers select the duration. If you price the tour by increments of less than 1 hour, for example, 30 minutes, 75 minutes, etc, you will have to set up a dropdown additional option.

1. Go to the Options tab and click on the New option button to create a dropdown option:
2. Input a name for the option, for example, "Duration"
3. Tick the With duration[2] checkbox
4. In the Choices section, click on the New choice[3] button to add a duration[4] with its price[5]. Save and repeat for all the possible durations.
Number additional option
1. Go to the Options tab and click on the New option button to create a number option:
2. Input a Name for the option, for example, "Duration"
3. Input the minimum[6] and the maximum[7] number of hours (duration of the tour). The default value[8] is the default value shown to your customers
4. Tick the Duration[9] checkbox and select the duration[10] as "1 hour"
5. Tick the Price[11] checkbox and input the hourly price[12]
