Bookeo does not send an email notification to your staff members when they are assigned to a class/tour schedule.
However, you can set up your staff as users of your account in account>users. Click here for more information.
Your account users can:
receive an email/TXT notification when your customers or other users of your account make, change or delete a booking. Click here for more information.
sync their Bookeo Calendar with their mobile calendar - Google Cal or Ical.
