It is possible to set a specific price for one of the courses in a course Schedule - for example, if there are a higher/lower number of classes in that course, or because it runs during high/low season. To set the specific price:
1. Create a Pricing season with the date when the course starts. For example, if the course starts on May 15, 2018, you should set May 15, 2018 as the pricing season. Click here for more information on how to set up a pricing season in your account.
2. Set up a special price for the course. In the Pricing season section, select to apply the special price "if the booked date is" within that specific Pricing season. In the Price section, set the special price. Click here for more information on how to set up special prices.
If in the course Schedule (in the Schedule tab) there are multiple courses starting on the same date as the course when you want to apply the specific price, the specific price will be applied to all the other courses starting on that date. In our example, if more than one course in a course Schedule starts on May 15, 2018, the special price will be applied to all these courses.
