If a signed waiver is no longer required for a service offering, you can disable the associated template while preserving all existing signed waivers. The template can be re-enabled at any time.

Disabling a waiver template
To disable a waiver template:
1. Go to Settings>Waivers
2. In the Templates table, click on a waiver template
3. Click on the Disable button
4. Confirm the prompts and click on the Disable button. The [DISABLED][1] label will show after the waiver template's title.
If you click on the waiver template, the Status[2] section displays the name of the account user who disabled the waiver template, along with the date and time the template was disabled.
Enabling a waiver template
To enable a previously disabled waiver template:
1. Go to Settings>Waivers
2. In the Templates table, click on a disabled waiver
3. Click on the Enable button
4. Confirm the prompts and click on the Enable button
If you enable a previously disabled waiver template, all upcoming bookings for dates following the enable will require a signed waiver.
