The booking confirmation and reminder emails, along with the waiver reminder email sent to customers already include a Sign waiver button/link, which they can use to sign the waiver. When they click this button, they also have the option to share the link with others, such as additional participants in the booking.
If the customer loses the confirmation or reminder emails, or if you need to provide the waiver link manually to someone:
1. Click on a booking to open it
2. Go to the Waivers tab
3. Click on the Copy button to copy the link
4. Share the link with the customer or participants for that booking.
Booking-specific waiver link
This is not a generic link to sign waivers. Waivers signed through this link will automatically be linked with the specific booking, as well as the customer and participant profiles.
