Evaluating the customer retention rate will help determine what proportion of customers return to your business to make additional bookings. Optimizing the repeat purchase rate can help you boost brand reputation and customer loyalty - and get more bookings.
To generate a report of all repeat customers:
1. Go to Marketing>Reports
2. Click on Customers
3. Click on the GO button
4. Click on the Download as xls button
The Excel report will contain a column 'Total bookings'. You can sort the report by that column to see customers with multiple bookings. A value of "1" means that the customer made one booking. A value of "2" means that the customer made 2 bookings, etc.
Customer accounts with your business
If in Settings>Booking preferences, in the Registration section you have set that customers never have to set up an account with your business, the system will create a new customer profile each time the same customer makes additional bookings, unless the customer signs in as a returning customer. If you want to generate a report of all repeat customers, you will have to first merge all duplicate customer profiles.
