You can make changes to your waiver templates at any time. When you save the changes, existing signed waivers will not be updated to incorporate the changes.
When you save changes to a waiver template with a validity, you can select that existing signed waivers will continue to be valid, or you can require customers to sign the new version of the waiver.
To make changes to a waiver template:
1. Go to Settings>Waivers
2. Click on a waiver template
3. Make the changes
4. Click on the Test button to review the waiver
5. Click on the Save button to save the changes and update the existing waiver template. If the waiver has a validity, you will have to choose if you want to:
- allow the existing waiver to be used for new bookings. Existing signed waivers will continue to be valid.
- require the customer to sign the new version of the waiver. If there have been significant changes to the waiver or if new legal requirements have arisen, you may require customers with bookings scheduled after this option is selected to sign the new version of the waiver. If this option is chosen, previously signed waivers linked to those bookings will be automatically unlinked.
This operation can not be undone. Once unlinked, waivers cannot be reconnected to bookings.
