If you want to change the waiver linked to an activity, you can:
- Make changes to the existing waiver template linked to that activity. Click here for more information. This is the recommended way to change a waiver template and keep a record of previously signed waivers.
OR
- Link a new waiver template. When you link a new waiver template to an activity, all customers with upcoming bookings for that activity (scheduled after the new waiver template is linked) will be required to sign the new waiver template. Any previously signed waivers for those bookings will be automatically unlinked.
Linking a new waiver to an activity
If you want to link a new waiver template to an activity, select the Bookeo product you are using from the list below to find out more.
Bookeo Appointments
This section explains how to link a new waiver to services and workshops in a Bookeo Appointments account. You can link new waivers to services and individual workshops, or apply them to services and multiple workshops at once.
For services, you can change the waiver template that will apply to all the services set up in Settings>Services offered and additional options:
1. Go to Setting>Waivers
2. In the Services section, select the new waiver you want to link to your services. A pop-up window will open informing you that if you change the waiver used, waivers already signed for existing bookings will be deleted.
3. Click Ok to proceed
3. Save
For Workshops, you can link a new waiver to each workshop.
1. Go to Settings>Workshops
2. Click on a workshop
3. Go to the General tab
4. In the Waiver section, select the new waiver you want to link to the workshop. A pop-up window will open informing you that if you change the waiver used, waivers already signed for existing bookings will be deleted.
5. Click Ok to proceed
6. Save
You can also change the waivers linked to your services, and/or workshops, from the same page:
1. Go to Settings>Waivers
2. In the Usage section, select the new waiver you want to link to your services or workshops from the dropdown menus. If you want to apply the same waiver to all your services and workshops, from the Change all dropdown menu, select the waiver.
A pop-up window will open informing you that if you change the waiver used, waivers already signed for existing bookings will be deleted.
5. Click Ok to proceed

Bookeo Classes and Courses
This section explains how to link waivers to classes in a Bookeo Classes and Courses account. You can link waivers to individual classes or apply them to multiple classes at once.
1. Go to Settings>Classes, courses, events
2. Click on a class
3. Go to the General tab
4. In the Waiver section, select the new waiver you want to link to the class. A pop-up window will open informing you that if you change the waiver used, waivers already signed for existing bookings will be deleted.
5. Click Ok to proceed

You can also change the waivers associated with one or more classes directly from the same page:
1. Go to Settings>Waivers
2. In the Usage section, select the new waiver you want to link to your classes from the dropdown menus. If you want to apply the same waiver to all your classes, from the Change all dropdown menu, select the waiver.

4. In the Waiver section, select the new waiver you want to link to the tour. A pop-up window will open informing you that if you change the waiver used, waivers already signed for existing bookings will be deleted.
