Reviews can help prospects decide if your business is the right fit for them and encourage them to try out your service - showing reviews on your booking page can help you increase your conversion rates.
Bookeo lets you ask customers to rate their experience and leave a review or feedback message with comments and suggestions. You can customize the review request email that will be sent to your customers. Click here for more information.
Bookeo notifies you whenever a new review is submitted, and you can choose whether or not to publish it.

Customer reviews settings
You can choose which customer information to display with each customer review.
1. Go to Marketing>Reviews
2. Click on Settings
3. In the Privacy section, tick the checkbox [1] next to the customer details you want to display with their review.
4. Save

A notification will show on your home page when customers leave new reviews.
You can click on the review notification to see all its details.
View and manage customer reviews
You can see all the reviews you have received and manage them at once.
1. Go to Marketing>Reviews
2. Click on Manage Reviews
3. Published reviews are marked with , while unpublished reviews are marked with
. You can click on a review to view its details and manage it.
4. Tick the Published [2] checkbox if you want to publish the review.
5. In the Summary field, click on the Change [3] button and use the mouse to select the text to be published (no longer than 50 characters). The selected text will be shown in the Summary [4] field. The Summary is the section of the review that will be displayed on your booking pages and in the Customer Reviews Widget - customers will be able to click on a link to read the full review.
7. From the Language [5] drop-down menu, select the language of the review. This feature is useful if your booking page is translated into multiple languages, and, for example, you want to show Reviews in Spanish on your booking page in Spanish.
Publish customer reviews
You can display customer reviews:
- at the bottom of your booking page: 3 reviews will display on the booking page, and/or
- on a different webpage using the Customer Reviews Widget: The Customer Reviews Widget allows you to customize how many reviews are displayed.

Publish reviews on your booking page
If you want to publish reviews on your booking page:
1. Go to Marketing>Reviews
2. Click on Settings
3. In the Reviews in booking page section, tick the checkbox Show reviews in booking page [1].
The Summary of the review will be displayed on your booking page. Customers will be able to click on a link to read the full review.

- Bookeo will only show reviews that you have marked as 'published'.
- If you enable customers to choose their preferred language for the booking interface, Bookeo will display only the reviews written in that selected language.
Publish Customer Reviews with the Customer Reviews Widget
You can publish Customer Reviews with the Customer Reviews Widget on any page of your website.
The widget shows the review "Summary" with a link leading to the full review. Customers will be able to scroll through your published reviews.
You can customize the colors, size, and language of the widget, and how many reviews to show at a time. You can also select the customer reviews that you want to publish and the customer details that you want to be shown.
To set up your Customer Reviews Widget, in your Bookeo account
1. Click on Marketing>Reviews
2. Select Web site integration
3. In the Colors and styles section, customize the color of the background, text, and link [1].
4. In the Widget section, select the number of rows and columns [2] of your widget.
5. Select the width and height [3] of your widget
6. From the Language [4] dropdown menu, select if you want to get a widget for reviews in any language or in a specific language.
7. Click on the Test button to check the review widget settings, especially its dimensions and colors.
8 . Copy the HTML code [5] for your widget, and paste it into your website. Please remember: you must paste it into the "HTML" or "source" code of the page.
9. Click OK to save the changes
