You can record a manual payment in your Bookeo account: if people pay in your studio/office, or if you receive, for example, a bank transfer.
1. Go to your Bookeo Calendar
2. Click on a booking to open it
3. Go to the Payments tab
4. From the Action [1] dropdown menu, select record a manual payment
5. If you are creating a recurring booking series, multiple drop-in classes in a course bookings, full course, or late enrollments for courses where one booking is created for each class booked, and want to record a manual payment for all the bookings, tick the Repeat [2] checkbox
Repeat function
The repeat function will show only when creating - before saving - a recurring booking series, multiple drop-in classes in a course bookings, full course, or late enrollments for courses where one booking is created for each class booked. If you have already saved the bookings, and click on a booking, the Repeat [2] function will not show. You will only be able to record a manual payment for a single booking.
6. From the Payment method [4] dropdown menu, select the method and input the Amount [4] paid.
7. In the Reason [6] field, input the reason for payment. For example: deposit.
8. In the Description [7] field, input a description for payment
9. Save.
Payments will show in the Payments tab of the booking.
