Sync Bookeo with Outlook

You can sync your Bookeo calendar with Outlook calendar: Outlook in Office365, Outlook Web App (OWA), Outlook 2010 and 2007.

The sync with Outlook is one-way only, from Bookeo to Outlook. If you want to use a 2-way sync, you can sync Bookeo Calendar 2-way with Google Calendar, then sync Google Calendar 2-way with Outlook.

In this article:

Sync with Outlook on Office365

1. Go to your Bookeo Calendar

2. Click on the iCal button at the bottom

3. From the drop-down menu [1], select the calendar(s) you want to sync

4. Tick the Use fixed times checkbox [2] if you want Bookeo to send data in GMT timezone. Click here for more information on the Use fixed times function.

5. Copy the Web address [3]

6. In Outlook, select Calendar>Share>Add calendar

7. Select Calendar from the internet and paste the URL copied earlier.

8. Save

 

How to unsubscribe from your Bookeo calendar

To remove your Bookeo calendar from Apple iCal, simply follow this tutorial.

Sync with Outlook Web App (OWA)

1. In your Bookeo account, go to Calendar

2. Click on the iCal button at the bottom

3. From the drop-down menu [1], select the calendar(s) you want to sync

4. Tick the Use fixed times checkbox [2] if you want Bookeo to send data in GMT timezone. Click here for more information on the Use fixed times function.

5. Copy the Web address [3]

6. Go to your Outlook Web App, and follow the instructions in their tutorial on how to Open an Internet calendar in Outlook Web App. Please note that this operation may need to be authorized by the Administrators of the Exchange server.

Sync with Outlook 2010

1. In your Bookeo account, go to Calendar

2. Click on the iCal button at the bottom

3. From the drop-down menu [1], select the calendar(s) you want to sync

4. Tick the Use fixed times checkbox [2] if you want Bookeo to send data in GMT timezone. Click here for more information on the Use fixed times function.

5. Copy the Web address [3]

6. In Outlook, click on the Open Calendar button in the menu ribbon



7. Select From Internet... from the menu and paste the web address you copied earlier, and save the changes

Sync with Outlook 2007

1. Go to your Bookeo Calendar

2. Click on the iCal button at the bottom

3. From the drop-down menu [1], select the calendar(s) you want to sync to your Outlook 2007 client

4. Tick the Use fixed times checkbox [2] if you want Bookeo to send data in GMT timezone. Click here for more information on the Use fixed times function.

5. Copy the Web address [3]

6. In Outlook, click on Tools on the menu

7. Select Account settings

8. Click on Internet Calendars>New

9. Paste the web address you copied earlier.

10. Save the changes.
