If you use a full payment gateway that supports direct card billing, you can charge the customer's credit card directly from Bookeo admin interface.

Credit cards used to pay for previous bookings
If a customer made previous bookings with your business and paid by credit card, you will not be able to bill that credit card to pay for new bookings. From your dashboard, you will have to input the credit card details again.If customers pay online and you use a full payment gateway, customers who sign in as returning customers will be able to pay for new bookings with a credit card used to pay for past bookings.
Process a payment while creating a booking
1. Go to your Bookeo Calendar
2. Create a booking.
3. Go to the Payments tab
4. Click on the Payment button on the right
5. From the Action [1] dropdown menu, select charge credit card
6. If this is a booking series, tick the Repeat [2] checkbox if you want to apply this payment to ALL the bookings in the series. Leave unticked if you want to apply the payment to the first booking only.
Repeat function
The repeat function will show only when creating - before saving - a recurring booking series, multiple drop-in classes in a course bookings, full course, or late enrollments for courses where one booking is created for each class booked. If you have already saved the bookings, and click on a booking, the Repeat [2] function will not show. You will only be able to charge a credit card for a single booking.
7. From the Amount to bill [3] dropdown menu, select if you want to charge the card:
- for the amount due now
- for the total amount due or
- for another amount: you will have to input the amount you want to charge
8. Input the Credit Card [4] details.
9. Save. If this is a Recurring Booking payment, you will be required to verify bookings and payments details, then Save again.
Process the first payment on an existing booking
1. Go to your Bookeo Calendar
2. Click on the booking to open it
3. Go to the Payments tab
4. Click on the Payment button on the right
5. From the Payment Method dropdown menu, select credit card
6. Enter the Amount to pay. The amount must be greater than zero.
7. Enter a Reason This will be shown on the customer's credit card statement
8. Enter a Comment if desired. This will not be shown to the customer
9. From the Bill now dropdown menu select bill credit card for the given amount
10. Enter credit card information
11. Save
Charge a credit card used to pay for the online deposit for a booking
If you use a payment gateway that supports the remember credit card function - and this function is enabled in your account - you can charge the credit card used by the customer to pay online.
1. Go to your Bookeo Calendar
2. Click on the booking to open it
3. Go to the Payments tab
4. Click on the Payment button on the right
5. From the Payment method [5] dropdown menu, select Charge credit card
6. Input the Amount [6] you want to charge
7. Input the Reason [7] for the charge (this will appear in your customers' statement) and a Description [8]
8. In the Credit card [9] section:
- select the credit card you want to charge, or
- select input new credit card and input the credit card details
9. Click on the Save button to charge the card.
