If you want to allow customers to pay for the outstanding balance of their bookings online, you should enable the Pay Balance feature in your account. Click here for more information.
Once you have enabled the Pay Balance feature, your customers will be able to pay for the balance due from the booking confirmation/reminder email and, if enabled, from the customer area.

A message will be automatically included in the booking confirmation and reminder email sent to your customers.
Customers can click on the Pay balance button to be redirected to a page where they can make their payment. Customers will be required to pay for the balance of ALL the bookings in a recurring booking series.
Booking balance payment from the customer area
If the customer area is enabled in your account:
1. Customers can sign into the customer area
2. Click on Your bookings
3. Click on a Booking to open it
4. Click on the Pay Balance button to be redirected to your payment page. Customers will be required to pay for the balance of ALL the bookings in a recurring booking series.
