Collecting customers' billing addresses can help you prevent chargebacks, disputes, and fraud since some payment gateways can verify credit card details by checking the billing address.
In Bookeo, you can set to collect the customer billing address for online payments (made by customers) and/or for credit cards billed in-store from the Bookeo dashboard.

Square E-commerce payment gateway
This option is neither available nor necessary if using Square E-commerce as the payment gateway. The Square card widget will display additional input fields (e.g., postcode) once you begin entering the card number, if it detects that a U.S. bank issued the card, and it will use this information to verify the card. This process happens automatically.Option to use the customer's address as the billing address
If in Settings>Customer details, in the Standard fields section, you set to ask for the full address of the customer [3] - namely:
- Address
- City
- State/Province (unless your country is the UK or Denmark)
- Zip/Postcode
- Country
when customers pay for a booking online or when account users bill a credit card from the Bookeo dashboard, the option to select the same as main address for the Billing address [5] will show.
