To safeguard customer privacy, do not share the QR code on your website or any public platforms. Since the QR code lets participants search for their bookings, sharing it publicly could let unauthorized individuals see that other customers have upcoming bookings.

Obtain the QR code for your waiver kiosk
To obtain the QR code for your waiver kiosk:
1. Go to Settings>Waivers
2. In the QR Code section, you can see the QR code [1] for your waiver kiosk
3. Click on the Print [2] button to open the QR Code image in a new browser tab. You can save the image and use it to create branded posters or signs to show at your reception or front desk with simple instructions, so participants can find their bookings and sign waivers using their own devices.
Delete the QR code
To delete the QR code for your waiver kiosk:
1. Go to Settings>Waivers
2. In the QR Code section, click on the Delete [3] button
Once a QR code is deleted, it becomes invalid.
Generate a new QR code
When a new QR code is generated, the previous one is automatically deleted. To generate a new QR code:
1. Go to Settings>Waivers
2. In the QR Code section, click on the Generate new [4] button
3. The new QR code will show
4. Click on the Print button
5. The QR Code image will open in a new browser tab.
It is recommended to generate a new QR code if the existing one has been shared publicly or accessed by unauthorized users, as this helps prevent misuse.
