Participant details
We recommend collecting participant details, such as date of birth, gender, and email address, with standard and custom fields, instead of adding similar elements to waivers. Click here to learn more.
Printed waiver elements
Printed waivers will automatically include your business contact details in the header, provided these details are set under Settings>Business details and logo. Click here for more information.
If you have selected to include standard and custom fields in the waiver printout, these fields will show before your waiver elements.
Your custom waiver elements appear below the header, followed by the customer’s signature. Below the signature, the signature date and IP address are displayed automatically. If the waiver template’s Validity section is set to require a waiver for each booking, the associated booking number will also be displayed.
The footer of the printed waiver includes the Waiver ID, Waiver Fingerprint (a unique identifier used to verify the waiver’s authenticity and integrity), and your Merchant ID (your account ID).
