For bookings, prepaid packages and gift vouchers, you can click on the invoice link in Bookeo to view the relevant invoice in Xero.
All invoices generated for memberships are visible only in Xero.

Bookings
You can see the Xero invoice for a booking in the Booking tab of the booking.
1. Search for the booking or click on a booking to open it
2. Go to the Booking tab
3. In the HOW section, you can click on the link after Xero invoice number [1] to be redirected to the invoice in Xero.
Invoices for bookings will be automatically updated in Xero when a payment is received, or if the bookings is changed - for example, if a promotion code is applied or if the number of participants is increased or decreased.
If a prepaid credit is used to pay for a booking, no invoice will be generated in Xero.
Prepaid Packages
You can see the Xero invoice for a prepaid package from the Customer's profile.
1. Go to Customers
2. Click on the customer
3. Click on the Prepaid credits tab. Click on the link after Xero invoice number [2] for the specific prepaid package to be redirected to the invoice in Xero.
Gift vouchers
You can see the Xero invoice for a gift voucher from the Customer's profile.
1. Go to Customers
2. Click on the customer
3. Click on the Gift voucher tab.
4. Click on the gift voucher.
5. Click on the link after Xero invoice number [3] for the specific gift voucher to be redirected to the invoice in Xero.
Memberships
You can see the Xero invoice for a membership payment in Xero.
1. Log into Xero
2. Go to Contacts>Customers
3. Click on the customer
4. You can see the invoices in the Activity section
