Customers can cancel their membership if there are future recurring payments.

Cancel memberships with future recurring payments

To cancel their membership, customers have to:

1. Sign-in into the Customer area 

2. Click on Membership

3. Click on the Cancel membership button.

Cancel memberships with one upfront payment

Memberships paid with one upfront payment can be canceled from the Bookeo back-end.

In your Bookeo account:

1. Click on Customers, then on the specific customer.

2. In the Membership section, click on the Cancel membership link.

3. The system will prompt you to confirm that you want to cancel the membership

4. Click on the OK button.
