If you have set up promotions (and they are still valid), and/or enabled gift vouchers in your account, customers can redeem them during the booking process using the promotion/gift voucher entry field.

Promotion/gift voucher entry field
You can set if you want to show the promotion/gift voucher entry field:
- at the top of the booking page [1] and at checkout [2], or
- only at checkout [2]
To set when, during the booking process, the promotion/gift voucher entry field should show:
- Go to Settings>Booking preferences
- In the Promotion prompt section, from the Promotion prompt dropdown menu, select:
- show the promotion prompt at the start, and in the checkout page
- show the promotion prompt only in the checkout page
- Save
Can customers redeem gift vouchers and promotion/coupon codes in the same booking?
Customers can redeem gift vouchers and promotion/coupon codes in the same booking.
To use multiple coupon codes, a promotion code, and/or gift voucher codes for the same booking, the codes must be entered separated with a comma, as in ABC, DEF
It is possible to redeem a combination of multiple coupon codes, single promotion code, and/or gift voucher codes as follows:
- a single promotion code and a specific gift voucher
- a single promotion code and one or multiple generic gift vouchers
- one or multiple coupon codes from the same promotion (if enabled in the promotion settings. Click here for more information)
- one or multiple coupon codes from the same promotion (if enabled in the promotion settings. Click here for more information) and a specific gift voucher
- one or multiple coupon codes from the same promotion (if enabled in the promotion settings. Click here for more information) and one or multiple generic gift vouchers
In general, a booking cannot use more than one promotion, and cannot use more than one specific gift voucher.
