You can use Zapier, an online automation platform, to connect Bookeo with other applications. The integration allows events in Bookeo to automatically create actions in other apps.
In Zapier, a trigger event is the event that starts an automated workflow, called a Zap. When the trigger event occurs in Bookeo, Zapier automatically performs one or more actions in other connected applications. For example, when a new customer profile is created in Bookeo (Trigger event), Zapier creates a contact in Google Contacts (Zap).

Available trigger events from Bookeo
Below is a list of the available trigger events in Bookeo.
For bookings:
- New booking. Triggers when a new booking is made
- Booking updated. Triggers when an existing booking is updated
- Booking canceled. Triggers when an existing booking is canceled
Booking update and cancellation trigger events
If you need to use booking update and cancellation trigger events (Booking updated or Booking canceled) to update data previously synced to another app for the same booking, the booking number must be included in the fields mapped for the Zap for the New booking trigger event. The booking number is the unique identifier that allows Zapier to search for the booking in the synced app to update or cancel it.
For customers:
- New customer. Triggers when a new customer profile is created
- Customer updated. Triggers when an existing customer profile is updated
- Customer deleted. Triggers when an existing customer profile is deleted
For payments:
- New payment. Triggers when a new payment or refund is processed
Update and cancellation triggers
To use the update and cancellation trigger events (Booking updated, Booking canceled, and Customer updated) to update an existing record in another app, a paid Zapier account is required because these workflows include a Search step to locate the corresponding record in the destination app, making them multi-step Zaps that are only available on paid Zapier plans.
