Account owners and account managers can extend the expiry date of a prepaid package purchased by a customer.
1. Go to the CUSTOMERS section of your dashboard
2. Click on the customer profile
3. Go to the Prepaid credits [1] tab
4. Click on the Change [2] button of the Prepaid package for which you want to extend the expiry date
5. Change the expiry date [3]
6. Click on the Save [4] button
