Bookings are sometimes changed after they are created. A booking history allows you to track any changes made to a booking and identify the person - account user or customer - who made those changes.

How to view the history of a booking
To see the history of a booking:
1. Click on a booking to open it
2. Go to the History [1] tab
(If you do not see the History tab, it means your account owner has not granted you the necessary permission. Contact the account owner to request permission)
3. Booking changes will show in order from most recent to oldest. The last 5 changes will show. For each change, the history will show:
- the date and time [2] when the change was made
- the name of the account user or the word "customer" [3] to indicate the person who made the change.
Any changes made to the booking - compared to the previous entry - will be highlighted in bold [4].
Changes to participant numbers, price adjustments, options, resources booked (for appointments, personal lessons, and open schedule), date, time, promotion, coupon codes, prepaid credit, and price will affect the booking history.
Other changes, for example, customer and participant details, notes, and payments do not affect the booking history. In addition, if a booking is saved without making any changes, no record will be added to the history.
