The Bookeo dashboard calendar for games/tours/classes uses background colors to make it easy to see all your available, booked and blocked seats. A pie chart also to lets you see quickly how any of your games, tours or classes are filling. Payment icons show bookings with an outstanding balance, while note icons indicate that there are class/tours or booking notes.

Background colors
Your Bookeo Calendar and Home page show games/tours/classes with intuitive color backgrounds as follows:
- Grey = Canceled
- White = No bookings yet
- Light green = Some bookings + some available seats
- Dark green = Bookings, and no more available seats (full)
- Orange = All seats blocked
Quick-view booking pie chart
The pie chart shows on the left of your game, tour, or class time. It is automatically and instantly updated, so you can get a real-time snapshot of your bookings anywhere, anytime. The pie chart lets you quickly see the latest proportion of seats taken, blocked, and available for any game, tour, or class.
Free seats appear in white, booked seats in green, and blocked seats in red.
Payment icon
Payment icons [1] show on the dashboard calendar and on the right column of the home page if bookings have an outstanding balance.
To see which bookings in a class/tour have an outstanding balance, you can click on the class/tour, and a payment icon will show for the specific bookings [2].
Note icon
Note icons [3] show on the dashboard calendar and on the right column of the home page if bookings and/or the class/tour have notes.
To see which bookings have notes or if there are class/tour notes, you can click on the class/tour, and:
- (*) [4] will show next to Notes, in the Notes tab if there are notes for the class/tour/workshop
- a note icon [5] will show for the specific bookings
