Customers usually reset their passwords for their account with your business from the booking page or the customer area. Account users can also provide customers with a temporary password to help them log into their accounts.

How customers can change their password during the booking process
Customers can reset their password during the booking process, from the Sign in icon in the launch bar, or during the booking process.

From the Launch bar:
1. Customers can click on the Sign in[1] icon in the launch bar
2. Customers can then click on the I forgot my password[2] link, and follow the instructions to reset their password.

During the booking process:
On the page where they are required to input their details
1. Customers can click on the Sign in[3] button
2. Then on the I forgot my password[4] link and follow the instructions to reset their password.

Customers can reset their password from the Customer area sign in page.

How account users can change a customer's password
Account users can provide their customers with a temporary password to help the customer log into their accounts. Customers can then change their password.
To set a password for a customer profile:
1. Go to the Customers section of your dashboard
2. Click on the customer profile
3. In the Password section, type the new password in the Password[6] and Password (confirm)[7] fields
4. Save
After creating your customer's temporary password, account users can give or send the temporary login information to the customer.
