Account users can change their password for security reasons or reset it if they forget it.
Account owners and super-managers can also set a new password for the users of their Bookeo account.

How account users can change their own password
To change their own Bookeo account password, account users should:
1. Click on the icon in the top right corner of your dashboard
2. Click on Your details
3. Tick the Change password checkbox
4. Input your current (old) password in the Current password field
5. Input your new password in the New password, and New password (confirm) fields
6. Click Ok
How account users can reset their own password if they forgot it
If you forgot the password associated with your account, you can set a new password:
1. Go to the Bookeo Sign in page for businesses
2. Click on the 'I forgot my password' link and enter your email address. An email will be sent to that address with a link you can use to reset the password.
If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please make sure to check your junk or spam folder.
How the account owner and super-managers can reset an account user's password
Account owners and super-managers can reset account users' passwords:
1. Click on the icon in the top right corner of your dashboard
2. In the Your Organization section, click on Users
3. Click on an account user
4. Tick the Change password checkbox
5. Input the new password in the New password, and New password (confirm) fields
6. Click Ok
7. For security reasons, you will be prompted to input your own Bookeo account password. Input your account password, and click OK.
