You and the users of your account can be notified of events by Email, SMS, Fax, and RSS feed.
In this article:
Email notification
1. Go to Settings>Notifications. Click on a user to set notifications.
2. Go to the Email notification tab.
3. Tick the Enable [1] checkbox
4. Input the email address [2] where you want to receive the email notifications
5. In the Filter section, select:
- Notify me for any booking [3], or
- Notify me only if the booking affects one of the selected items [4], and tick the services/classes/tours for which you want to receive an email notification.
6. In the Other[5] section, tick the checkboxes if you want to notify the account user when customers:
- sign up from the customer area
- enroll or cancel a membership
- purchase a prepaid package
- purchase a gift voucher
- signs a waiver
7. Save
Email notifications are automatically sent whenever customers book online, provided that account users have the necessary permissions for the relevant services and resources.
If users of the account create a booking from the Bookeo calendar, email notifications are sent to account users only if:
- the option to send notifications to the users of the account is selected in the booking window, and
- account users have the necessary permissions for the relevant services and resources.
SMS notification
1. Go to Settings>Notifications. Click on a user to set notifications.
2. Go to the SMS notification tab.
3. Tick the Enable [6] checkbox
4. Select the International dialing code [7] for your country and input the mobile phone number [8].
5. In the Short notice section, from the When to send [9] scroll down menu, select if you want to be notified for any booking or for short notice booking only.
6. In the Filter section, select:
- Notify me for any booking [10], or
- Notify me only if the booking affects one of the selected items [11], and tick the services/classes/tours for which you want to receive an email notification.
7. Save

- Notify me only if the booking affects one of the selected items [17], and tick the services/classes/tours for which you want to receive a fax notification.
7. Save
RSS Feed
1. Go to Settings>Notifications. Click on a user to set notifications.
2. Go to the RSS notifications tab. Here you will see your RSS Feed address.
