Customers cannot pay by bank transfer when making a booking on your booking page. Bank transfers can take several days and Bookeo cannot hold a booking for days waiting for payment confirmation. However, you can accept bank transfers outside of Bookeo and manually record the payment later.

Accepting Online Payments and Bank Transfers in the same account
If you integrate a payment gateway and accept online payments, but would also like to allow payments by bank transfer, you can allow deferred payment in the Payment and Deposit tab, then arrange the bank transfer with the customer outside of Bookeo.

You can then manually record the payment in the booking as explained here.
Accepting only bank transfers
If you do not wish to integrate a payment gateway and accept online payments, be sure to choose 'no payment gateway' in the drop-down payment gateway menu in Settings>Online Payments
You can also set your Payment and Deposit settings to 'do not accept online payment'
