With Bookeo, you can offer combined tour options for your regular tours, special tours, and open schedule tours.

Combined tour options for regular and special tours
For regular tours and special tours, you can set up combined tour options with a price (optional). All the combined options display under the heading Options during the booking process. If you set a price, each additional option selected increases the total price of the booking.
You can set up combined additional options that:
- apply to a selected tour (regular options), or
- apply to all your tours (global options).

1. To set up a
Regular option:
- Go to Settings>Tours/activities
- Go to the Options tab, click on the New option button, and select regular option
Global option:
- Go to Settings>Booking preferences
- Go to the Global options tab, click on the New option button
2. Select the Type the customer checks/unchecks a checkbox
3. Define the option's name [1]. Do not set a Description, because descriptions are not shown for compact checkbox additional options.
4. Tick the Default value checkbox [2] if this choice will be checked by default (customers will have to untick it if they do not want it).
5. Tick the Compact [3] checkbox.
6. Tick the Price checkbox [4] if the option has a price
7. Choose Permissions [5] by checking the boxes next to
- This option is enabled for new bookings Untick this checkbox if you no longer want to offer this option, without affecting existing bookings. Click here for more information
- Customers can see this option The option is shown to customers (in the booking confirmation and reminder emails, and also at checkout if the "Customers can edit this option" checkbox is ticked)
- Customers can edit this option The option is shown to customers at checkout so they can make a selection
8. Do not tick the Required check box [6]. This setting is to create a standalone checkbox additional option that customers must tick to confirm their booking. Click here to learn more
9. Tick the Show in summary [7] checkbox. if you want this option to show in the summary report.
10. Do not click on the Upload [8] button to upload an image for the additional option. Images are not shown for compact checkboxes additional options.

Combined tour options for open schedule tours
For open schedule tours/charters, you can set up combined tour options with a duration (optional) and a price (optional). If you set a price or duration, with combined tour options, each additional option selected increases both the total duration and the total price of the booking.
Compact checkbox additional options without a duration are shown after customers pick a date and time.
You can set up combined additional options that:
- apply to a selected tour (regular options), or
- apply to all your tours (global options).

Set the price for each compact additional option
1. In the Standard price section, from the Price type [9] dropdown list, you can select if the price is total, per-person, or a base price.
2. Input the Price [2]
3. If you have enabled memberships in your account, you can tick the Enable member prices checkbox [3], and set a specific price for members.
4. In the Special prices, you can click on the New special price [4] button to define special prices for this option
5. In the Taxes [5] section, you can select which taxes apply to this option.
6. Save.
