If a waiver is linked to a booked service, customers will be prompted to sign the waiver after completing their booking. Once the waiver is signed, the system can automatically send notifications to account users, customers, and participants.

How customers can sign waivers
If a waiver is linked to a booked service, customers can sign it after completing their booking. They can also sign it through the link provided in the booking confirmation and waiver reminder emails, or in-store using the waiver kiosk.
- At the end of the booking process. A Sign waiver button will show at checkout. Customers can click on it to open the waiver in a new browser tab and sign it.
- In the booking confirmation and reminder email. The booking confirmation and reminder email will feature a section that prompts customers to sign their waivers, including a prominent Sign Waiver action button.
- In the email reminder to sign the waiver (if enabled). If you have enabled the email reminder to invite customers to sign their waiver, customers can click on the Sign Waiver button featured in that email to sign their waiver.
- Using the booking-specific waiver link available in the Waivers tab of the booking. Click here to learn more.

In-store via the waiver kiosk. You can offer customers a convenient way to sign waivers in-store using the waiver kiosk. Click here to learn more.

Waivers for third-party OTA and distribution channel bookings
Waivers can be collected for bookings made through third-party OTAs and distribution channels, such as Viator and GYG.
Customers can complete their waivers via the booking reminder email, the waiver reminder email, or in-store using the kiosk or QR code.
Waivers for walk-in bookings
Waivers can be collected for walk-in bookings.
After account users create the booking from the dashboard, customers can sign their waivers using the kiosk or QR code.

Signed waiver notification for customers
After signing the waiver online, customers can download a PDF copy for their records. A signed copy is automatically sent by email.
For participants in a booking, if an email address was provided during the booking process, a signed copy is automatically sent to the participant. If no email address was collected, participants can still receive a copy by clicking on the Email copy button after completing the waiver and providing their email address.
If you have enabled the integration with MailChimp, when participants enter their email address, they will also have the option to subscribe to your newsletter.
