You can set an alert message for a booking to conveniently mark it for special attention - so that your team members are notified of the alert and the booking can be dealt with accordingly.
Automatic alert whenever a certain customer makes a booking

Adding an alert message for a booking
To add an alert message for a booking:
1. In your Bookeo dashboard, create a booking or open an existing booking
2. Go to the Notes tab
3. In the Alert [1] field, you can type a short explanation as to why the booking is getting flagged
4. Save
Identifying bookings with an alert message
When an alert message is set for a booking, the booking will be easily identifiable in these sections of the dashboard:
Booking |
A red flag icon and the alert message will display on each tab of the booking |
Agenda and Calendar |
If an alert message is set for a booking, a red flag icon will show in the Agenda and in your Calendar. For classes/tours/workshops, you can click on them to see their bookings. You can click on the booking to read the alert message. |
Reports |
The alert message will show in booking reports, in the Alert column. You can generate booking reports in Marketing>Reports>Bookings. |
Deleting an alert message for a booking
To delete an alert message for a booking:
1. Open the booking
2. Go to the Notes tab
3. In the Alert field, delete the message set
4. Save
