If you want to set up an event running on specific dates, for example, held on September 4, October 22, November 15:
1. Go to Settings>Classes, Courses, events
2. Click on the New button, then on Special event.
You will complete a quick set up wizard, and will be able to define more details later.
3. Input the Name[1] of the event/class. If you have already created categories, from the Category[2] scroll down menu, select the category this event belongs to.
4. Input a Description[3] of the event/ class.
5. Click on the New section[4] button to create information sections (such as "What to bring", "More info" and so on).
6. In the Schedule section, click on the green New[5] button to create an event/class.
In the pop-up window that will open [6] select date, start time and number of seats (max. number of people allowed per class). The event/class can have different start time and seats for every schedule.
Repeat to input all the dates when this event/class is available and a summary will be shown in a table.
7. Select the Duration[7] of the event/class from the scroll down menu, or input a duration if it is not in the list.
8. Tick the Private[8] checkbox if you want to accept only one booking per time slot, regardless of the number of participants.
9. In the Standard price section, set the event/class Price[9]. If you offer special prices for members, you can tick the Enable member prices[10] checkbox to set a member price.
When you finish the setup wizard, you will also be able to:
10. From the online payment[11] scroll down menu, select your preferred online payment option (payment of the full amount, deposit, collect credit card number...).

11. In the Image[12] section, click on the Upload button to upload an image for your event/class. When you finish the setup wizard, you will also be able to upload a gallery of Images and videos after finishing the setup wizard.
12. In the Permissions[13] section, set account users permissions for this event/class.
