You can set special prices that apply during special seasons (for example Christmas), on particular days/times of the day (for example on Mondays from 9am to 11am), or to bookings with a set number of people.
To set up a special price:
1. Go to:
- in Bookeo Appointments: Settings>Services offered and additional options or Settings>Workshops
- in Bookeo Tours and Activities: Settings>Tours
- in Bookeo Classes and Courses: Settings>Classes, courses, events.
2. Click on a service/tour/class
3. Go to the Price tab
4. Click on the New Special Price button
5. Set when Bookeo should apply a special price.
In this article:
- Pricing Season (for example for public holidays)
- Promotions
- Days and times of the week
- Number of people and people categories
Pricing Season (for example for public holidays)
In the Pricing Season, set if the special price applies:
1. if the date when the booking is created is during [1]
- anytime: always
- not during a specific pricing season: anytime but during a specific pricing season
- during a specific pricing season: and select the pricing season.
2. if the date booked is during[2]
- anytime: always
- not during a specific pricing season: anytime but during a specific pricing season
- during a specific pricing season, and select the pricing season.
Promotions
From the Promotion [3] scroll down menu, select if the special price applies:
- any booking (with or without a promotion)
- no promotion: only when customers do not use a promotion code
- any promotion: only when customers enter a promotion code. The code can be from any valid promotion
- or choose a specific promotion: set in Marketing>Promotions.
Days and times of the week
Select the Days [4] of the week when the special price applies.
From the Time [5] scroll down menu, select if the special price applies:
- anytime, or
- only in the following hours, and set the hours of the day when the special price applies.
Special price for courses based on the day and time of the week
For courses, the time of the first class is used as a reference to calculate the special price.Number of people and people categories
In the Total people [6] section, set if the special price applies when a booking is made for a specific number of people, or people category. 
Example of group discount applying to group bookings of 2 to 4 adults.
In the Price section, set if the special price is:
- total - per booking -, or
- per person. You can also enable special prices for members
