When customers book online, Bookeo reserves the slot/seats they are booking for 10 minutes, to give them time to pay on a 3rd party checkout page. If payment is not made within 10 minutes, the seats are no longer blocked.
A timeout is essential as it ensures seat availability for other customers or account users.

How can I avoid this problem?
It is rare for this problem to occur because Bookeo explains with a clear message that the slot/seat will only be held for 10 minutes, just under the pay now button.
