Occasionally, customers who purchase prepaid packages and are redirected to a third-party checkout page to complete the payment may reconsider and decide to abandon the payment process. Bookeo discards the purchase session if customers do not make a payment within 30 minutes of being directed to the third-party checkout page.
Check your payment gateway dashabord to verify that the payment has been received successfully.
The payment details will also include the name of the package purchased.
You can then simply assign the credits to the customer.
It is rare for this problem to occur because Bookeo explains with a clear message that the session will only be held for 10 minutes, just under the pay now button. If this were to occur, Bookeo will notify you, allowing you to manually assign the prepaid credits to the customer profile.
