If you use the Accept/Deny feature and set that you want to automatically accept bookings when a specific number of participants is reached, but change the duration of your service/tour/class after you have received some (unconfirmed) booking requests, Bookeo detects that the new end time is different from the one requested by the customer and, instead of automatically accepting the booking request, it will show the following message in your Home page:
Error trying to auto accept booking [booking number]. There is an error in booking [date and time]. Please review the date and time of the booking.
In this way, the account manager can check the booking request, verify that the customer has been informed about the time change, and manually accept the booking request.
