You can see examples of party businesses in our live demos here.
This article explains how to set up your account for this type of business.

- Select the account type for your Party business
- Set up your resources (i.e. entertainers, rooms, game trucks)
- Set up your parties
- Tiered pricing
Select the account type for your Party business
You can set up a Bookeo Appointments account if the settings listed below are the same for all the Parties you offer:
- capacity (number of people)
- payment terms
- accept/deny
- booking limits
- gap between bookings
- types of resource(s) used
If one of the above settings is different for one or more parties, you should set up a Bookeo Tours and Activities account.
Set up your resources (i.e. entertainers, rooms, game trucks)
In your Bookeo Tours and Activities or Appointments account, you should set up your resources in Settings>Resources.
You will have to set up a resource type for each resource type you have to manage with Bookeo. For example, "Entertainers" and "Rooms". You can then create all your resources under the specific resource type, for example:
- entertainers as resources under the resource type "Entertainers"
- party rooms as resources under the resource type "Rooms"
Set up your parties
You can set up your parties, set which resources can be used to provide that service and offer add-ons.

- Gold Package/Party for up to 12 people
In the Resources tab of each open schedule tour, you can set which resources can provide the service. Click here to learn more
In the People tab, you can set the minimum and maximum number of participants for each booking for that room.
If customers can select the duration of their booking, you can:
- set a base duration in the Time Settings tab - for example 2 hours - and offer an extension - for example, an additional 30 minutes - with a checkbox additional option, or
- let customers select the duration, by setting up activities priced by their duration, by following the steps in this article.

You can set up a specific gap between bookings for each party type you offer.
