Axe Throwing businesses usually set up a Bookeo Tours and Activities account. With Bookeo, you can offer group, private games, or player's choice.
If you offer:
Group games, private games, and/or player's choice | Only private games |
If you offer private games, but also group and player's choice games, you should set up your games as regular tours. With regular tours, the system will show all the available timeslots for bookings. For example, if you have 4 lanes available at 6pm, the system will show 4 slots at 6pm - one slot per lane. With regular tours, you can set dynamic booking limits and the call-to-book feature.

If you offer only private games, you can set them up as open schedule tours. With open schedule tours, the system will show one available timeslot for bookings. For example, if you have multiple lanes available at 6pm, the system will show one 6pm timeslot to customers, and a lane will be automatically assigned to each booking.

Set up your lanes as resources
You should first set up your lanes as resources in Settings>Resources.
You will have to set up a resource type "Lanes" and create all your lanes as resources under that resource type. For example, Lane 1, Lane 2, etc. Click here for more information
Hide lanes from customers
Lanes are usually set up for management by managers and are not shown to customers. Click here for more information
Set up your axe throwing experiences
Group axe throwing experiences
With group experiences, you accept multiple bookings per lane (players play with other players they don’t know).
You should set each available time, and assign each lane as a resource to the schedule. For example, you can set up a slot at 9am with Lane 1, another slot at 9am with Lane 2, etc. Click here for more information
Private axe throwing experiences set up as regular tours
Private experiences can be set up as tours with a weekly schedule. The number of seats is the number of people allowed per lane. Click here for more information

Private axe throwing experiences set up as open schedule tours
Private experiences can also be set up as open schedule tours. You can adjust the time resolution of your activities, and if needed, force activities to start and end at specific times.
In the People tab of the activity, you can set the number of people allowed per lane. In the Resources tab, you can select which lanes can be used for the activity. The system will automatically assign an available lane to a booking.
Offer choice of different durations
To offer the choice of different durations (ex. 1 hour, 2 hours,...) you can set up different open schedule tours, one for each duration. Ex call them "Axe throwing regular - 1 hour", "Axe throwing extended - 2 hours".
Player’s choice
In this scenario, the customer can choose whether to book a group experience (i.e. others can join), or to reserve the entire lane for his party.

You should set that customers can book the entire experience if they wish, and set a specific price when the entire experience is booked, regardless of the number of participants. Click here for more information
