Escape Rooms usually set up a Bookeo Tours and Activities account. With Bookeo, you can offer group, private games, or player's choice.
Escape room games can be set up as regular tours or as open schedule tours and this article explains the difference between these two setups.

Description |
If you offer private games, but also group and player's choice games, you should set up your games as regular tours. The most used booking mode for the booking page is to show upcoming games. However, you can use any of the booking modes available. Click here for more information. With regular tours, you can set dynamic booking limits and the call-to-book feature.

If you offer only private games, you can set them up as open schedule tours. With open schedule tours, you can select one of the layouts for the booking mode where customers select a game, then an available date. Click here for more information.

Group gamesWith group games, you accept multiple bookings per game (players play with other players they don’t know). |

Offer multiple games but run only some games at a time |
With regular tours, you can assign the same resource(s) in Virtual Rostering to multiple games. In this way, when there is a booking for one game, the other games at the same - or overlapping time - assigned to the same resource will be automatically canceled. Click here to learn more.
