Dynamic booking limits for regular games/tours let you set advance booking notices that are automatically triggered when certain conditions are present. Dynamic booking limits automatically override default booking limits for regular games/tours. For example, you may require a shorter booking notice on weekends. Or, if you have to ensure that a staff member is at your shop to run a tour/game, once there are already bookings for the same or other tours/games offered at the same time, you can accept new bookings with shorter notice.
Example
An escape room may require at least 1 hour of notice before any game is booked. Therefore the default booking limit will be 1 hour. With the default limit, customers can only see slots that are at least 1 hour after the current time. This prevents short-notice bookings. However, with dynamic booking limits, if there are already bookings for the same game or other games at the same time, you may want to reduce the booking limits so that customers can book with just 10 minutes notice for that game, to allow short notice booking.
(The above values are just examples).

When other bookings in any [2]... | Booking limit that applies if there are already bookings for any game/tour that is running at the time when the game/tour starts (only if the other game/tour duration is shorter than one day). |
During specific times [3] | Booking limit that applies during specific days and times of the week.
