If you offer pickup services for your tours/activities - in a Bookeo Tours and Activities account, you can create a list of pickup locations that your customers can choose from during the booking process.
For each pick-up location, you can optionally set:
- a description[1] and an image[2] that will be displayed during the booking process
- a price[3] (again, this is optional!)
- a pickup time[4] dynamically calculated from the start time of the booking in your calendar. Pickup time is displayed in the confirmation and reminder emails sent to customers.
- a customized message[5] that will be shown in the booking confirmation and reminder emails sent to customers. The customized message can include links, for instance, a Google Maps link, along with images, such as one illustrating the pickup point. This information aids customers in navigating to the correct pickup point.

Create a dropdown additional option for pickup locations
To create a list of pickup locations, you should set up a dropdown list additional option.
1. Go to Settings>Tours/activities
2. Click on a tour
3. Go to the Options tab
4. Click on the New option button
5. Select if you want to set up a regular or a global option. Click here to learn more.
6. Select the type the customer picks one of available choices[1]
7. You can set a Title[2] and Description[3] for this option
8. Tick the Pick up location[4] checkbox
9. Tick the Show in summary[5] checkbox if you want to include the pick up location in the summary printout.

Create a list of pickup locations
To set up your pick up locations:
1. In the Choices section of the option, click the New choice[1] button to set up a pickup location.
2. You can set a name[2] and description[3]
3. If you want to set a Pick-up time for the location, tick the Pick-up time[4] checkbox and select the pickup time[5]
4. You can upload an image[6] for this pick up location
5. In the Price tab, you can set a price for the pickup location
6. In the Messages tab, you can set a customized message[7] that will show in the booking confirmation and reminder emails sent to customers. You can add links and images to the message.
