In Bookeo Tours and Activities, you can set up regular tours with a weekly schedule, special events, and open schedule tours/charters.
Regular tours and special tours can be set up as group or private tours. Open schedule tours/charters are private tours.
Group tours vs private tours
A group tour consists of a group of people who want to share their tour with people they do not know.A private tour consists of a group of people who do not want to share their tour with people they do not know and the resources included in the tour are for the exclusive use of the private group.

| Open schedule tour/charter | An open schedule tour/charter is a tour where customers can choose the start time among a restricted availability set by you. | For example, if an open schedule tour/charter is available on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm, a customer can decide to start the tour at 11 am.
