Helicopter Tours are usually set up in Bookeo as Open Schedule Tours.
With Helicopter Tours, customers can choose the start time of a selected tour among a restricted time availability. For example, if the preferred tour is available from Tuesday to Sunday, from 9am to 6pm, and customers decide to start the tour at 11am on Wednesday.
You can set an automatic gap between your tours, that Bookeo will automatically leave before and after your Open schedule tours. For example, a 10-minute gap to refill or unloading/loading passengers.
You can also force your Helicopter Tours to start at fixed, pre-determined times, for example, if you have a 20 minutes Tour, and you want that bookings for it only start every 30 minutes (9.30am, 10am, 10.30am etc).
