The Agenda allows you to view upcoming bookings at a glance. This article steps you through the Agenda settings so you can tailor it to your business.

Number of days
You can click on the Today, 3 days, or 7 days  buttons to select if you want to see bookings for the same day, 3 days, or 7 days at a time.
You can also set if you want to see only Today's upcoming bookings and activities, or also bookings and activities that have already ended:
1. Click on the icon in the top right corner of your dashboard
2. Click on Your Preferences
3. In the Home section, from the Agenda look-back  drop-down menu, you can select if you want to display only upcoming bookings, or bookings that ended upto a specific time before, or bookings for the entire day.
You can click on a booking or event in the Agenda to view it or edit it.
If you have enabled the accept/deny feature, or if you have set that bookings from a specific customer require staff approval, and there are booking requests, a Pending  button will show at the bottom of the Agenda. You can click on the icon to see pending booking requests. You can click on a booking request to view it and accept/deny it.
The Print  button allows you to generate a PDF file with the bookings showing in the agenda, that you can save or print.
