You can restrict/force bookings to start only at fixed times (e.g., 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, etc.) and define the exact time slots during which a service can be offered.
For example, if a service lasts 45 minutes and you want bookings to begin only on the hour (9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, etc.), you can configure the system accordingly. Select the Bookeo product you are using from the list below to find out more.
Bookeo Appointments
This section explains how to restrict service bookings to fixed start times in a Bookeo Appointments account.
1. Click on Settings>Services offered and additional options
2. Click on the specific service.
3. In the Availability tab, input a schedule like the one shown in the screenshot below. If you do not see a specific start or end time, you will need to change your Time Resolution.
- The duration of the slots is the same as the duration of the service (in this case, 45 minutes).
- These settings apply ONLY to online bookings made by customers. When you create a booking as a manager, you can use any start time and duration. To create bookings using these specific start times, use the FIND button in your booking window.
Bookeo Classes and Courses
This section explains how to restrict personal lessons bookings to fixed start times in a Bookeo Classes and Courses account.
1. Click on Settings>Classes, courses, events
2. Click on the personal lesson
3. Go to the Time Settings tab
4. In the Available Hours section, input a schedule like the one shown in the screenshot below. If you do not see a specific start or end time, you will need to change your Time Resolution.
These settings apply ONLY to online bookings made by customers.
