You can send email reminders to your customers to remind them of their booking.
To enable email reminders:
1. Go to Settings>Reminders
2. In the Email reminders section, tick the checkbox Send an email reminder to the customer... [1] to enable email reminders.
3. Set how in advance - before the start of the appointment - you want to send email reminders [2].
4. Save
